Eagles nest camp is a wonderful 80 Year old coed camp located in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. We provide a strong nurturing community where campers can enjoy the beauty of nature. Our campers are aged 6-17 and they enjoy a wonderful summer full of friendships, honor, respect and compassion. We are seeking enthusiastic climbers for our rock-climbing wilderness program. The position will be for the coming summer of 2013. Staff are responsible for planning and leading rock-climbing expeditions for different skill levels from beginner to advanced. We also have a climbing tower as part of our rock-climbing program. Applicants must be 21 years or older, and have Experience with traditional rock climbing techniques and teaching. Ability to lead 5.9 trad strongly preferred. CPR and Wilderness First Aid required, Wilderness First Responder or higher certification preferred.
