Eagles nest camp is a wonderful 80 Year old coed camp located in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. We provide a strong nurturing community where campers can enjoy the beauty of nature. Our campers are aged 6-17 and they enjoy a wonderful summer full of friendships, honor, respect and compassion. We are seeking enthusiastic and experience waterfront director. You will be responsible for teaching the American Red Cross swimming curriculum, leading staff in-service trainings and emergency response drills, ensuring compliance with Eagle's Nest operating procedures, and overseeing the safety of all waterfront activities and the equipment used. Applications must be at least 21 years old, with current CPR and Lifeguard certifications. Extensive guard experience, with leadership roles preferred. WSI certification strongly preferred.
