About our camp
Camp Walden strives to create big and little moments, the memories of which last for a lifetime. 7-16-year-old boys and girls are welcome to be part of the Walden family that will take them “back to basics”. Being a no-phones, no-internet camp, it helps younger generation to focus on face-to-face communication and discover new things about themselves. Located east of Bancroft, Ontario, Camp Walden offers cozy and spacious cabins, where campers live together with their counselors. It is in cabin life that the confidence to make new friends is born, and the independence for the entire life is built – all of this under the caring supervision of trained counselors. At Walden they realize that food and healthy choices for meals are essential. The kitchen team works day and night “to put the very best on the tables”. Vegetarian and kosher options are always available. The staff also ensures that all of the meals are lactose and peanut-free.
Our programs
Camp Walden offers a right balance of scheduled activities and electives to help campers improve their skills in various games, sports and arts, as well as teach them how to make choices, build independence and sense of responsibility. The camp offers a unique, 10-level swimming program that will take campers from a beginner’s level up to the Lifesaving Fitness Program.

Program-specific tuition options
This camp may offer session-specific tuition structures, including variations by length of stay, enrollment timing, or payment schedule. Families should confirm details directly with the provider.
Per-night (overnight) and per-day (day) figures are calculated from each session's standard tuition and shown as a planning reference only. We show the lowest per-night or per-day rate across this camp's sessions, so the total for a given session, and your actual tuition, may be higher depending on length of stay, age group, or enrollment timing.
This estimate helps families understand the overall scale of commitment across stay options. Final tuition, inclusions, discounts, and payment structures vary by session and are confirmed directly with the camp.
