Families find camps in different ways - searching by location, browsing categories, filtering by age group or program type, or arriving directly from Google. Search ranking takes into account how families actually engage with profiles - saves, shares, page views, and inquiry activity all play a role. A complete, well-built profile performs better here and in search engines. The more a family can find on your profile, the more likely they are to engage, and that engagement feeds back into how you rank. We also continuously improve how results are ordered and regularly rotate exposure so newer and updated profiles get a fair chance to be seen.
You pay per camp profile, not per account. If you run multiple camps, each one is priced independently. Some can stay free, others can go Pro - whatever makes sense for each location.
Yes. Upgrade whenever you're ready, or downgrade at the end of a billing period. No lock-in, no penalties.
Families fill out a short form on your profile or link in bio page. Their message goes straight to your chosen email, and a copy is saved in your dashboard inbox so nothing gets missed. Pro listings also include inquiry forms on individual staff profiles - each one can route to that staff member directly, or you can send everything to a central mailbox. No platform in the middle, no commission, no delay.
Never. Every inquiry goes directly to you. We charge a flat rate for your listing and that's it. What happens after a family contacts you is entirely between you and them.
Every profile sits inside a broader content system covering camps across the US and Canada. Your profile page includes regional context that helps families understand the area, the environment, and what to expect - including the parent journey, weather context, and logistical travel information. It's built in automatically at all listing levels.

No contract. Month-to-month profiles can be cancelled anytime. Annual profiles run for 12 months from purchase and save around 30% compared to monthly.
Your profile stays live as a free profile. You keep your camp page and bio link - you just lose the Pro features like the inquiry form and staff profiles. Some analytics will also be unavailable as they rely on Pro features to work. You can upgrade again anytime to get those back.
