About our camp
Located in Oakland, Maine—three hours north of Boston and 1.5 hours from Portland—Ghostlight Theater Camp provides a creative space for teenagers to explore and develop their artistic and musical talents. The camp offers a 10-day starter program, two three-week sessions, or a full six-week session, each culminating in a festival show for family and friends. Campers stay in cabins with up to 10 peers of similar age, along with two staff members. As a screen-free camp, Ghostlight encourages campers and staff to unplug, immerse themselves in theater-making, and build a strong community amid Maine’s scenic foothills.
Our programs
Between rehearsals, campers can unwind with a variety of activities, including basketball, soccer, Frisbee, Capture the Flag, Ping-Pong tournaments, and The Gotcha! challenge. Evenings bring the entire camp together for themed programs such as camp-wide games, the So You Think You Can Dance challenge, a Talent Show, Make Your Own Music Video, The Horror Radio Play, a Scavenger Hunt, and student-directed performances. Beyond on-campus activities, campers and staff embark on off-site trips, exploring the natural beauty of Maine and immersing themselves in its stunning landscapes.

Program-specific tuition options
This camp may offer session-specific tuition structures, including variations by length of stay, enrollment timing, or payment schedule. Families should confirm details directly with the provider.
Per-night (overnight) and per-day (day) figures are calculated from each session's standard tuition and shown as a planning reference only. We show the lowest per-night or per-day rate across this camp's sessions, so the total for a given session, and your actual tuition, may be higher depending on length of stay, age group, or enrollment timing.
This estimate helps families understand the overall scale of commitment across stay options. Final tuition, inclusions, discounts, and payment structures vary by session and are confirmed directly with the camp.
